What is your cancellation policy?

Upon receipt of your holiday confirmation, we advise you check through all the details and notify us within 7 days of any errors made by us.  If you wish to cancel or change your booking for any reason you must advise us immediately by email. We will always endevour to refund guests but it is not always possible.

What is your pet policy?

We welcome any well-behaved dogs to the cottage - with so many amazing walks and beaches around, it would be a shame not to! Unfortunately we don’t accept other types of furry (or scaley) friends.

Pets are only permitted if you have told us at point of booking and gained express consent from us - so please let us know via the enquiry form!

Please ensure your pet adheres to our Pet Policy.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging

Our holiday cottage does not offer provisions for charging electric vehicles using the cottage electricity.

Please do not attempt to charge an electric car using extension leads or any other means of supply from the cottage.

The electrical infrastructure within the cottage is not specifically designed or equipped to meet the power demands associated with safe and efficient charging of electric vehicles.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, the primary concern is the welfare and security of our guests.

To our knowledge, there is an electric vehicle charging point situated approximately 300 yards away in Llanbedrog beach car park.

Booking costs

Please refer to our Prices page for all 2023 fees.

We are a premium holiday let in one of the most beautiful, sought-after locations in the UK and our prices reflect that.

A non-refundable deposit (20% of the original booking value) and £25 admin fee is required to complete your reservation.

The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before your check-in date, along with a £200 security deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your check-out date, in line with our Booking Terms.

If you book your stay within 8 weeks of your check-in date, the total amount will be payable in full to complete your reservation.
